Image rights
The constitutional protection right (Art. 18 of Spanish Constitution), has a moral and economic significance. The economic one can be commercially exploited.
Image right is the privilege that each individual has over the rest of the persons for not being depicted without permission.
“Each act of taking, reproducing or publishing a photograph, film or other image procedures of a person’s private or public life, means a violation or attack to his/her image in order to advertise, commercialize or similar purposes”
There is a law restriction.
